Tequila Lime Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons tequila
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup Healthy in a Hurry Taco Seasoning*
Instructions
- Mix the marinade in a resealable bag (these pens are great for labeling the bags) or container and add the chicken. Toss to coat. Seal and freeze for 3 months, or refrigerate for 2 days.
- Defrost for 24 hours in the refrigerator, then grill over medium heat until the temperature reads 165F.

Are any of these seasonings spicey?
Hi! My bottled taco seasoning is mild, but if you have a copy of Healthy In a Hurry, you can make the taco seasoning and omit the spicy components (or add more to make it spicier if you’re looking to add more of a kick!).
