Danielle Walker has outdone herself yet again! Her newest cookbook, Make It Easy, is an excellent guide to meal prepping and menu planning for those who are gluten-free. The recipes are not only creative and flavorful but also incredibly easy to follow.  The ingredient lists are straightforward and the instructions are clear, making the cooking process enjoyable and stress-free. Not to mention the photography is gorgeous! This cookbook is absolutely a must-have for anyone looking to make delicious, health-conscious meals.

I’m blown away! The grocery lists are a game-changer, and the cooking strategies help even the busiest person feel like they can manage homemade meals. Not only are the recipes practical with simple ingredients, the food….. come on!! Wow. The Chicken Parm meatball skillet and Banana Pudding Parfaits have been my favorite, quick picks. One of the best parts of Danielle’s recipes… they don’t taste “healthy.”
