Gluten-Free S’mores Brownies

  1. Preheat oven 350F. Mix the brownie mix according to the package. Use ghee and cashew milk in place of the oil and water, to make them more gooey and rich. Stir in ½ cup of the chopped chocolate. Smooth the batter into an 8×8 inch baking pan. Bake as directed.
  2. Remove the brownies from the oven and scatter the graham crackers, marshmallows, and chopped chocolate over top. Turn the oven to broil and place the pan under the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden and the chocolate has just begun to melt. Cool completely then cut into squares and serve.
