Mix up your preferred flavor and add the unflavored seeds. Toss to coat well.
Spread evenly on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Place in the oven at 200°F for 3 hours, stirring occasionally. If your oven has the convection setting, bake at 200°F convection for 2 hours. They will dry out more quickly with the fan function and this is the method we prefer!
Cool fully and allow the seeds to sit out at room temperature for 2 days to dry out. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 months.
